1. SERVICES

BOSS SHOWERS is an event planning, event marketing, networking, and entrepreneurial community platform that provides:

Services may change, evolve, or discontinue at any time without notice.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, purchase tickets, or participate in our events unless otherwise permitted with parental or guardian consent.

By using our website, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

Because event planning and event coordination involve advance commitments, deposits and retainers are generally non-refundable.

For ticketed events:

• Tickets are typically non-refundable.

• Event dates, venues, speakers, vendors, entertainment, or experiences may change.

• In the event of cancellation by BOSS SHOWERS, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in denial of future services.

4. EVENT PARTICIPATION

By attending a BOSS SHOWERS event, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and may involve certain risks.

You agree to:

• Conduct yourself respectfully

• Avoid harassment or disruptive behavior

• Follow venue rules and safety requirements

We reserve the right to remove attendees, vendors, or guests without refund for inappropriate behavior, misconduct, harassment, unsafe actions, or violations of these Terms.

5. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE

By attending our events or participating in our community, you grant BOSS SHOWERS permission to photograph, record, and use your image, voice, likeness, business name, testimonials, and event participation for promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and commercial purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must notify us in writing before the event.

6. SMS & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

By submitting your phone number through our website, event forms, landing pages, registration forms, or other opt-in methods, you consent to receive SMS messages from BOSS SHOWERS LLC, including:

• Event reminders

• Promotions

• Marketing messages

• Community updates

• Business announcements

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 914-568-5712.

After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, event concepts, marketing materials, videos, captions, written content, and intellectual property associated with BOSS SHOWERS remain the exclusive property of BOSS SHOWERS LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.

We are not responsible for third-party services, policies, or practices.

• Leads

• Sales increases

Participation in events and services is at your own discretion.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOSS SHOWERS LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Lost profits

• Lost opportunities

• Emotional distress

• Personal injury

• Venue issues

• Third-party vendor actions

• Technical interruptions

• Event cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the applicable service.
